What it is like to carry
The point of this bag is what happens when you open it. Three pockets are sewn into the lining: one zipped, one sized for a phone, one open slot. Your card is where you left it. Your keys are not underneath everything else.
Oil-wax leather behaves differently from a coated finish. Press a thumb into it and the colour lightens for a moment, then settles back. Over months, the corners and the edge of the flap darken first. It is a finish that records how the bag has been used, rather than hiding it.

Care
Wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Small scuffs in oil-wax leather can often be worked back in with a fingertip or a soft cloth. Let it dry naturally if it gets wet, away from direct heat. Use a neutral leather conditioner two or three times a year. Avoid solvents and machine washing.

Will the colour match the photographs?
Close, but not exactly. Screens vary, and oil-wax leather shifts tone slightly with light and handling. Expect a small difference from the images.
How does it close?
With a hasp closure rather than a zip across the top. The zipped pocket is inside the bag.
